About the Role
This role focuses on developing the spirits portfolio distribution, sales, and brand activation, along with shaping and deploying relevant sales drivers across the whole on-trade to win spirits share.
A Day in the Life
* Win sustainable market share of spirits: Grow share of spirits disproportionately.
* Win spirits share commercially in the top outlets and groups across Ireland: Build and execute the commercial investment strategy.
* Lead the spirits growth plan in key strategic groups through brilliant head office engagement and relationship management.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* High level spirits knowledge
* Strong commercial drive and commercial curiosity
* Proven brand development and activation experience
* Project Management, analytical and core selling skills
* Ability to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team
