EU Programme Executive (3 Year FTC)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EU Programme Executive to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the Irish food and drink industry.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop a collaborative relationship with the implementing body, evaluation agency, and internal sectors team to deliver a world-class EU Dairy Ingredients promotion campaign.
* Coordinate and assist with creative content development, implementation, and evaluation for all promotional work packages.
* Validate marketing assets for use in the EU Dairy Ingredients Programme, ensuring they align with the campaign strategy, industry needs, and EU Regulation.
* Digitize, make accessible, and archive campaign collateral into a central repository system.
* Develop and circulate periodic updates on campaign events and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage inward study visits, recruit technical expert speakers, and coordinate seminars within markets.
* Assist with the annual self-audit process, including compiling and submitting technical reports to the EU Commission.
* Contribute to EU Co-funding strategy execution and One Bord Bia annual planning.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience as a marketing practitioner with experience in Marketing Communication projects.
* Knowledge of the EU/Irish food and horticultural sectors.
* Experience researching markets, analysing, and interpreting information.
* Delivery of successful metric-driven B2B and B2C promotions.
* Digital first mindset, comfortable with agile culture, strong attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management ability.
* Strong appreciation of software applications, such as Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft suite.
