We are seeking a skilled Quality Improvement Specialist (Spanish, Italian or French speaking) to join an exciting new project. This role focuses on identifying training needs, evaluating performance quality, and driving improvement through direct feedback and coaching for sales and customer success teams.
If you have a strong background in quality assurance, sales, customer support, customer success, account management, or client relations - especially within the hospitality industry - we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
* Review sales and customer interactions to ensure quality and compliance.
* Provide actionable feedback and one-on-one coaching to improve performance.
* Develop quality standards and processes for consistent evaluation.
* Collaborate with training teams to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
* Analyze data to identify trends, report insights, and recommend improvements.
* Support process optimizations to enhance sales efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in sales coaching or quality assurance.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish.
* Background in SaaS or IT services is a plus.
