Technology Support Manager

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex IT systems and oversee their development to ensure operational excellence.
* Maintain deep knowledge of network systems, server infrastructure, and production-focused IT.
* Provide technical expertise in industrial software, including ERP and MES systems.
* Ensure flexibility to provide after-hours support as required.
Technical Requirements
* Proficiency in networking (Dell/Cisco) and Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience with MS Server 2018, Azure, and ITIL frameworks.
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2.
* Expertise in security, servers, storage solutions (Dell), and SQL Server management.
* Competence in managing high availability systems, as well as backup and recovery processes.
Qualifications
* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
