Restaurant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at The Stables Brasserie in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the F&B philosophy, creating a culture that inspires guests to return and team members to remain.
The role involves implementing, promoting, and succeeding with The Stables operations through continual evaluation of products/services and effective ongoing training of service teams.
The Restaurant Manager will lead and oversee a strong culture of service excellence, develop SOPs, guidelines, and goals aligned with the vision, and coordinate all aspects and functions of the Stables Brasserie.
Requirements
* 2+ years' experience as an established manager/head of department in a food & beverage setting.
* Proven experience in leading a F&B team.
* 1-2 years' experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant.
* Excellent IT Skills including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, well presented with a hands-on attitude.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English.
* Experience with arranging events and functions.
* Flexible to work hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
