About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our HR Operations Team in this thriving organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and inspiring a team of HR professionals.
Responsibilities
* Manage, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals
* Define clear responsibilities and objectives within the HR Operations Team
* Align strategically with the People Strategy and HRLT priorities
* Cultivate robust relationships with key stakeholders
* Establish and maintain systems supporting key people lifecycle processes
* Lead the team in meeting SLAs and adhering to case management best practices
* Identify HR system capability needs
* Oversee data for reporting in compensation surveys
Requirements
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD membership/qualification preferred)
* 5-6 years of experience in a relevant Operations/HRBP/Manager role within a professional services environment
* Proven track record of success in providing comprehensive HR support to business units and key stakeholders
