Our client,
a well established Main Contractor, are seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join their team in Edenderry, Offaly. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you. This is a Full-time, permanent contract position with hybrid working available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow established purchasing procedures.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and buyers.
3. Coordinate and manage the entire purchasing process.
4. Required Skills:
5. Continuously seek out and suggest process improvements.
6. Stay on top of emails, demonstrating proactive and quick decision-making.
7. Support colleagues with administrative tasks and general HR inquiries.
8. Assist with financial accounts.
Requirements:
9. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
10. Strong communicator with a friendly yet assertive demeanor.
11. Self-driven, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
12. Over two years of experience in administration, reception, or personal assistant roles.
13. Prior procurement experience as a Site Clerk, Site Administrator, or Document Controller is a plus.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
15. Excellent time management abilities and capable of working independently.
16. Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
17. Experience with accounting is advantageous.
