Role: Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator
Part-time, 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday mornings)
Location: Clane, Co Kildare.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the day-to-day processing of invoices, receipts, and payments.
* Input purchase invoices into the accounting system, reconcile creditor statements, and deal with supplier queries.
* Input sales invoices and conduct aged debtor reviews to ensure that payments are received as per credit terms.
* Payroll input and update of records.
* Assist the sales team with tender submissions.
* Perform ad-hoc office and administrative duties.
Qualifications
Previous experience with Sage accounts system is desired.
Previous accounts and office administration experience is essential.
Salary: €22 - €25 per hour (based on experience).
