Employee Relations Business Partner
Dublin
You will join our dynamic team where you will enhance and optimize employee touch points designed to maintain our human-centered employee relations model. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to build scalable programs and continuously improve processes. The team you will join is dedicated to maintaining genuine and thoughtful approaches throughout every stage of these processes.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
3. Become an influential member of an employee relations team working to establish a world-class employee relations program.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor; coaching and empowering employees and managers to work through challenging people issues.
5. Conduct and coordinate internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying, and retaliation to facilitate prompt and fair resolutions.
6. Advise on corrective and preventative measures based on root cause analysis from investigations, including identifying training needs and enhancing business practices.
7. Partner with stakeholders like People Partners (HR Business Partners), Legal, and Leadership to resolve employee relations concerns and performance management matters.
8. Analyze people experience trends and collaborate with internal partners to develop proactive strategies, programs, and policies.
About you
9. 5+ years of People Operations (HR) or Legal experience, with 3+ years managing complex employee matters in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong knowledge of European employment law and regulatory frameworks, along with best practices for managing legal risk across different regions.
11. Experience leading complex harassment, discrimination, and retaliation investigations with integrity and discretion.
12. Proven ability to navigate the intersection of employee needs and entitlements to achieve holistic outcomes.
13. Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with investigation participants.
14. Assist in setting the Employee Relations strategy and approach for the team.
15. Capacity to operate independently and seek support when necessary.
16. Ability to adhere to process and maintain judgment under pressure.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between €119,000 - €151,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
