Negotiation & Contracting Lead complex contracting and negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms that align with business objectives.
Market Expertise Maintain deep expertise in pharmaceutical partnerships, health technology, and payer ecosystems.
Leverage data-driven insights to anticipate market shifts and position Beats Medical for continued growth.
Key Qualifications Proven Leadership: 8+ years of experience in sales and partnerships within pharma, healthcare, or health technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical partnerships, contracting processes, and health technology ecosystems.
Familiarity with health insurance and payer landscapes is highly desirable.
Sales Mastery: Track record of driving revenue growth, managing sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.
Team Leadership: Experience building high-performing sales teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
Negotiation Proficiency: Exceptional skills in negotiation, contracting, and relationship management.
