About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader dedicated to ensuring excellence across our companies through strong governance in quality assurance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Legal, Contractual and Regulatory Compliance
* Ensure all companies have appropriate governance structures to meet legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
* Oversee compliance with sector-specific regulations, including HIQA, HSE, HSA, GDPR, and the Data Protection Commission (DPC).
Quality Assurance & Compliance
* Partner with internal quality teams to implement and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess compliance, quality performance, and continuous improvement.
Risk Management
* Ensure each company within the group has a robust risk management system, including a comprehensive risk register and mitigation strategies.
* Align risk management practices with corporate governance standards and sector-specific risks.
Corporate Governance & Culture
* Provide reports to the Board and its Sub-Committees to support informed decision-making.
* Demonstrate and promote adherence to Broadlake principles in all interactions and decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Quality Assurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
* At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance and risk management governance.
