Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:
We're expanding our team in Ireland and creating excellent opportunities for those who want greater purpose and more impact in their work. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within the team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new analytics and reporting to ensure that our business partners have the information and confidence they need to make crucial business decisions.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Work with business partners to define and document business and technical requirements for data and analytics projects.
* Partner with our Compliance and Privacy team to ensure our datasets have proper member-level de-identification.
* Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate daily Scrum meetings and Sprint Retrospective meetings with the Scrum Team.
* Facilitate Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings with the Scrum Team and project stakeholders.
* Own issue and risk management for your projects.
* Deliver regular updates to executive stakeholders.
* Couch/mentor Scrum team members on Agile best practices.
* Participate and contribute to weekly Data Governance meetings.
Required Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of relational database concepts.
* SQL querying experience.
* Experience with Agile methodology including Agile tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to analyze data and drive problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Understanding of HIVE and its components within Big Data.
* Experience with HIPAA and data de-identification methodologies.
* Healthcare/pharmacy experience.
