Project Management Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of customer projects. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from initiation to closure.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They will also possess knowledge of MS SQL, JIRA, and development lifecycles, as well as a 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or a related discipline.
The successful project manager will be responsible for:
* Providing technical/functional analysis to identify, evaluate, and develop systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
* Understanding, capturing, and communicating business requirements to customers, development teams, test teams, and support teams.
* Participating in solution discussions with customers and internally, evaluating and proposing solution approaches.
* Developing comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
* Maintaining regular internal and external updates on project progress.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Communicating proactively with all involved personnel to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
* Taking ownership of critical issues and managing all customer UAT sessions.
* Supporting business change processes and continuous improvements (internal and external requests).
* Working closely with solution architects to ensure decisions/implementations meet business/customer needs.
* Collaborating with test teams to define acceptance criteria.
