Our Client
The client sources, produces, and sells a comprehensive range of conventional commodity fertilizers, speciality fertilizers, and soil conditioning products. Additionally, they offer a full range of animal mineral blocks and bio-stimulants.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in the agricultural industry.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with local co-ops and merchants.
3. Provide technical advice and support to farmers regarding the client's product range and soil sustainability program.
4. Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the company's products and services.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Commercial knowledge, sales, and advisory skills experience.
* A background in farming or a relevant qualification.
* Excellent knowledge of the region and its agricultural practices.
* Technical acumen and ability to create and close sales opportunities.
* High motivation and drive to succeed in a challenging direct sales environment.
* A full driver's license and willingness to work hard to succeed.
