You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to help them overcome challenges, break the cycle of homelessness, and prepare for independent living.
What Youll Do: Act as a key worker for individual young people.
Support young people who have experienced trauma and challenging behaviours.
Develop and maintain individual placement plans in line with statutory care plans.
Collaborate with external agencies for housing, education, and social support.
Maintain records in compliance with health and safety standards.
Participate in a 7-day, 24-hour roster.
What Youll Need: Degree in Social Care or related field.
Experience in residential care or working with children with complex needs.
Knowledge of HIQA standards, Child Protection, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
Full, clean drivers license.
