About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in North Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, mentor, train, and lead a team of Parts Advisors
* Create and manage staff rota for the Parts department
* Ensure overall profitability of the Parts Department, meeting/exceeding revenue performance targets
* Receive, record, and bin parts and consumables from manufacturers and suppliers
* Identify, locate, invoice, and issue parts and consumables to customers and other departments
* Supply accurate and detailed parts quotations to internal departments, retail, and trade customers
* Administer parts invoices, ensuring invoiced items are accountable
* Maintain product knowledge on the full franchise range
* Control all parts administration requirements
* Maintain standards in line with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Prior experience in motor retail parts management is essential
* Previous CDK/Kerridge experience is a distinct advantage
* Impeccable personal presentation and grooming skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
* Fully qualified driving licence (no penalty points or endorsements)
