HEAnet - ICT Contracts Management Specialist (Hybrid)

HEAnet is seeking to recruit an ICT Contracts Management Specialist to join the Brokerage team on a permanent contract basis.
Enjoy a balanced work life with our hybrid model: work from home up to three (3) days a week, with two (2) days in our Dublin 1 office.
What the Brokerage Team does
The Brokerage Services Team establishes procurement agreements delivering cost savings, technical benefits, and time efficiency. HEAnet’s internal procurement function is part of the Brokerage Services Team and manages most internal procurement processes, the majority of which are ICT-related.
What the ICT Contracts Management Specialist does
The ICT Contracts Management Specialist will report to the Brokerage Services Manager and will focus on developing reports and providing data needed to support the effective contract management of Frameworks and Contracts established internally for HEAnet and by the Brokerage Team for Clients. The role will provide an efficient contracts management function for the entire contract/ framework lifecycle:
Report on cumulative spending, create dashboards, and manage the contract database
Support service owners in managing the preparation, awarding, and renewal of frameworks
Align purchase orders with contractual terms and assist with data insights

What we need from you
At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in a contracts management or data analyst role
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
Extensive working experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document and collaboration management
Awareness of Irish and EU procurement rules and guidelines
A third-level qualification (degree, professional certification, or equivalent) in a relevant field
Ability to plan and manage contract delivery and monitor supplier performance over the contract term
Project coordination skills, with the ability to make detailed plans and organize resources effectively
A flexible attitude to evolving needs, with a proactive approach to new challenges
High degree of personal integrity and openness in interactions with others
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member in a hybrid work setting
Bonus points
We do not need you to have the following, but if you did it could be beneficial:
General understanding or technical familiarity with ICT products and services
Experience with the higher education sector
Experience as an ICT practitioner, e.g.: IT Operations/ development/ ICT support, etc.
Public Procurement knowledge and experience, either on the supply or demand side
Experience with ICT project management or coordination
Presentation skills for a variety of audiences, including Senior stakeholders
Scripting experience
