Duties:Sending course literature, brochures, campaign material out through emailUpdate and maintain customer databaseOutbound customer emails and calls to market upcoming training coursesInput into design and development of a wide range of professional training coursesCustomer Account ManagementAssist and liaise with other departments in handling customer requests and needsPotential to develop rolePerformance related bonusSkills Required:Good Communication Skills – Both Written & Verbal is essentialGood Administration SkillsGood Attention to DetailAbility to work under pressureAbility to multitaskAbility to use own initiative and make decisionsThis job will suit someone who is vibrant, happy to work in a busy environment and deal with potential clients while working towards team targets.
2 years office experience required (call centre/admin/sales).
Salary - €37500 to move to €40000 after 3 months training period.
Performance related bonus.
