We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager (Standalone) on behalf of an Asset Management organisation.
HR Manager (Standalone)
Dublin City Centre based - 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities:
* Manage employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
* Manage Employee Relations processes and act within an advisory capacity to management.
* Complete all elements of HR Administration, Policy and Procedure management, and regulatory needs.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Support employees with queries, in person and via inbox.
* Attend board meetings, create/offer reports and insights, conduct presentations.
* Implement HR strategic changes from start to finish.
* Liaise with international colleagues and act as Irish representative in HR projects.
Requirements:
* Extensive previous experience in a standalone position, with Financial Services, Funds/Asset Management, and Banking industries.
* Qualification or equivalent in HR related field.
* Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory management, employee life cycle, and strategy management.
* Keen communication skills, with a conscientious demeanor and efficient mindset.
