The suitable candidate would require the following: Have a Solid Knowledge of Restaurant Fine Dining and Banqueting Ability to take control and lead a team Initiative and self motivation Candidate should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen Knowledge and familiarity with HACCP Management of Food Hygiene Have excellent communication and organisational skills Must have 2/3 Years previous culinary experience in a similar style property This position will be a 39 hour week at €34000 per annum.
