The successful candidate will oversee all marketing activities, from digital advertising and conversion rate optimization to ATL advertising and creative development, supporting business acquisition targets, customer quality, and brand awareness objectives.
This challenging yet rewarding role requires delivering on marketing, customer, and financial outcomes while working efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the Marketing team and external agencies, ensuring timely delivery of services to the required quality and within budget.
* Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver desired customer and financial outcomes.
* Identify and deliver synergistic marketing activity, including media and creative management across all products.
* Play a leadership role in strategic change initiatives to ensure marketing has the tools and data needed to exploit business opportunities.
* Support and challenge brand development and identity, including consistent product positioning.
* Improve and develop SEO scores and key website metrics through effective SEO strategies for paid search and digital advertising.
* Ensure marketing and brand consistency across all content, including websites, promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and channels.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing within a high-growth organization.
* Qualification in marketing, preferably at Master's level, or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in high-growth environments.
* Technical currency with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.
* High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytic skills.
* Experience with recognized SEO and web analytics tools, such as Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics.
* Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated with high energy levels and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
