HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge. Our client, a well-established US manufacturing multinational in Limerick, is recruiting for an HR Specialist role within their global HR group.
The Job
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the successful candidate will provide full HR support to Limerick-based employees and management teams, as well as acting as a key resource for the wider global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Covering IR & ER engagement and resolving employee queries;
* Coordinating training/L&D initiatives;
* Leading recruitment for both internal moves and external hiring;
* Acting as a HR partner to operations management and senior colleagues.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A 3rd-level degree in a HR or related discipline;
* At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational environment;
* Prior experience in payroll coordination would be an advantage but is not essential;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to multi-task;
* Strong IT skills.
The Offer
This position is being offered as an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary range depending on experience, expected to be in the high 40's to low 50's. This role will be office-based, 5 days a week, in Limerick. Candidates holding restricted visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
