* Collaborate with the Admin Officer, offering support where required, and contributing to the team's success.
* Provide administrative support to ensure seamless office operations, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Foster effective communication with teams, responding promptly to emails and digital correspondence.
* Utilise word processing and presentation software to create, edit, and refine documents.
Required Skills
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency and growth potential.
* A professional and confident manner, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* Excellent administration skills, including attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team, taking initiative and adapting to changing priorities.
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
