Main Purpose of Job: Trump
Concierge provides, in a timely manner, comprehensive, personalised, well laid
out itineraries which include details on accommodation, golf, transportation,
restaurant reservations and any other activities as required by our members and
residents.
Liaises with: All
departments
MAIN DUTIES
To
communicate with our members and residents and pre-plan golfing and leisure
activities for them.To
provide, in a timely manner, comprehensive, personalised, well laid out
itineraries which include details on accommodation, golf, transportation,
restaurant reservations and any other activities as required by our clients.To
provide an impeccable, 5 star in-house concierge service to all residents of
Trump International Doonbeg.To
assist the Concierge and Attaché team in keeping all concierge information
updated and filed correctly.To
assist with the running of Member related tournaments and events.To
take on specific projects as designated by the Member Services Director.The
successful candidate will be required to work weekends, early mornings or late
evenings as part of the Concierge/Attaché roster. Concierge/Attaché service is provided 7 days a
week during the summer season.

QUALIFYING
CRITERIA
Experience of 5 star hospitality an advantage. Highly computer literate.Good organisational skills.Strong team playerExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.Positive attitude, cheerful and courteous demeanour.Ability to work flexible hours.Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. Additional languages an advantage.The
ability to listen actively and effectively in order to understand exactly what
our members & residents require.
