Primary Responsibilities:
* Sampling, approval, and release of incoming goods, packaging materials, and product for use in production.
* Requesting Certificates of Analysis/Conformance for incoming goods, packaging materials, and product for use in production.
* Reviewing and filing acetates for use in sampling.
* Identifying training needs and conducting staff training as required.
* Maintaining sampling documentation and retaining samples in archive.
* Managing the Supplier/Customer Defect (SCD) system, issuing SCD numbers, coordinating completion of SCDs with customers/suppliers, and closing out SCDs.
* Liaising with customers/suppliers for artwork-related queries and managing approval of artwork.
* Reviewing and approving Master Packaging Material Specifications.
* Ensuring excellence in housekeeping, carrying out housekeeping audits, and preparing reports.
* Raising and closing deviations and Corrective/Preventative actions as required.
* Ensuring activities observed are in compliance with cGMP requirements.
* Assisting in validation studies as required.
* Ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times, reporting defects immediately to the Safety Officer, and attending Health and Safety meetings.
* Carrying out various additional tasks as required to achieve the overall goal of the company.

Requirements:
* Degree and/or relevant experience.
