Our client is a leading distributor and supplier of engineered products, systems and solutions across Ireland primarily for the OEM market. They are looking for an Administrator to join their sales Team in Cork.
Administration Specialist Key Responsibilities:
* Manage order entry and monitor shipping timelines
* Provide administrative support to the sales department and external sales team.
* Coordinate between sales, procurement, warehouse teams, and customers
* Update and communicate order status changes
* Help create and manage quotes
* Support in the execution of marketing campaign activities as required
* Monitor slow-moving stock issues
* Participate in team activities and provide feedback on KPIs and achievements
Administration Specialist Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in administrative support role ideally within a sales environment
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and drive results
* Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
* Willing to develop new skills and progress in the department
