Full Job Description Hertz Car and Van Rental are currently seeking a Full Time Branch Coordinator for our Dun Laoghaire branch.

Job Role And Key Responsibilities of a
Branch Coordinator:
Handling the full rental experience from vehicle preparation, interacting with customers to handling returns.
Meeting Customers at office and delivering Vans + Vehicles to Various Dublin Locations Providing excellent face-to-face customer service.
Being a brand ambassador positively promoting our products and services including our 24/7 Cars Working towards targets to increase productivity and sales.
This role is a supportive role and is to help in all areas of car rental Processing rental agreements and card payments Maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork Completing daily back-office tasks (emails, stock, receipts, tax discs and over dues)
Conducting thorough vehicle inspections and ensuring vehicles are prepared for next rental Inspecting vehicles for any damages/ issues at the return and document issues using appropriate company policies Ensuring rental car lot is organised and well maintained What we are looking for:
Customer service experience preferred Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential as role involves administration duties.
Friendly, Upbeat and proactive attitude A full valid driving licence is Essential Previous experience in Retail or Car rental would be an added bonus This role involves interacting with customers face to face and over the telephone, so perfect English is essential with full ongoing training provided.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
