About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities for major projects. This role involves developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with company policies.
* Identify potential risks in procurement processes and implement mitigation strategies.
* Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and price discussions to optimize procurement costs.
* Source and evaluate new suppliers, building strong professional relationships.
* Oversee supplier performance, addressing areas for improvement and resolving project-related issues.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* Minimum of five years’ experience in procurement, preferably in data center construction, civil works, or green energy sectors.
* Strong proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and cost analysis.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Results-driven with a proactive approach to work.
