Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, this role will be instrumental in developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize business outcomes and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage existing customer accounts to exceed business targets.
* Represent the company in contract negotiations with professionalism and strategic insight.
* Build and maintain impactful relationships with customers and external partners for effective sales execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.
* Identify and develop opportunities for market entry and sales growth.
* Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitive landscape, and pricing trends.
* Drive business growth through partnerships, investments, and strategic initiatives.
* Prepare internal reports, business reviews, and customer-specific insights.
* Evaluate alignment across sales channels, product categories, and internal functions.
* Develop value-add opportunities in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, and other teams.
Ideal Candidate:
* 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role within the food industry.
* Proven relationship management and networking skills.
* Results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful with strong leadership abilities.
