Customer Service and Web Administrator - Galway City - Onsite The Online Customer Service & Web Administrator will be responsible for the daily operation of our online sales.
The successful candidate will report to our Online Manager and be responsible for ensuring that online orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Deal with customer queries and take orders over the phoneWebsite Catalogue managementProcess returns & refundsLiaising with department buyers so correct products are listed on both our EPOS and websiteCollecting product data (pricing, description, linking similar products for cross selling)
Uploading new products, imagery, product descriptions, videos etc. to the online storeRun promotions on the websiteAssist in the day-to-day communications with our online development partnerMonitor competitor/other sites for ideas & opportunitiesEPOS TroubleshootingRequirements:
