Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection, is now looking for a passionate and professional Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our valued guests, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a memorable and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcome guests with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
2. Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, processing payments and adhering to all company procedures.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
4. Manage switchboard operations, directing calls and providing information to guests.
5. Maintain a well-organised reception area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
6. May assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably within a hotel environment.
2. A genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations and delivering exceptional service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
4. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Proficiency with PMS like HotSoft and/or Opera.
