About Your Business Development Manager Role
1. Manage existing business within your Territory and source new opportunities.
2. Optimize sales and commercial performance across assigned territories.
3. Sell top-tier branded drinks into Pubs, Restaurants, and Hotels.
4. Foster exceptional customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Account management: maintain relationships with existing clients and introduce new products as they become available.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and industry developments.
Required Skills for this Business Development Position
1. Essential sales experience within the drinks industry, preferably wine.
2. Strong interest in wine and the wine industry.
3. WSET qualification is a significant advantage.
4. Excellent selling and account management skills.
5. A team player with a professional approach, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Full, clean driving license.
