Tigera is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic leadership for the entire sales team, including Account Executives, Channel Managers, and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
* Set and drive ambitious revenue targets for the EMEA sales team.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize team performance and revenue growth.
* Recruit, hire, and build a high-performing sales team through strategic talent acquisition.
* Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development for team members.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth.
* Manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales objectives with overall company goals.
You Should Have:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of sales leadership experience.
* A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Experience managing multiple sales functions (Account Executives, Channel Managers, SDRs).
