About The Land Development Agency
The Land Development Agency (LDA) is a key Government Commercial Semi-State Body that delivers social and affordable housing on State and other lands.
It is overseen by an independent board of directors and has €3.75 billion of equity capital committed by the Government.
LDA Projects
The LDA has commenced construction on various state sourced lands and is working on about 20 direct delivery projects that can deliver over 8,000 homes.
Additionally, it is delivering affordable housing by working with private sector on Project Tosaigh, which will yield a further 5,000 homes on land provided by housebuilders.

The Role
Reporting to the Public Affairs/HR Lead, the Social Content Manager will develop creative and engaging digital content and campaigns across the LDA's social media platforms.
This includes developing a social media plan, researching and writing content, sourcing visuals, and analysing data to evaluate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a social media plan in line with the LDA's communication strategy
* Research, write and edit content to maximise LDA profile and engagement across multiple platforms
* Source and create high quality visuals, photography and digital content
* Identify potential engagement opportunities through news and project updates
* Collect and analyse data to evaluate and improve social media engagement
* Build relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Demonstrated record in social media and digital campaigns
* Proven experience in writing and editing social media content, with experience in digital design an advantage
* Familiarity with social media and content management systems to optimise traffic and pick up
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Thrives in a collaborative environment and can establish and manage complex and diverse relationships
