A busy and expanding law firm in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary/Receptionist.
The ideal candidate will work closely with solicitors and support staff, managing a diverse caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception duties: answering phones and greeting clients
* Organizing and maintaining diaries and schedules
* Performing general administrative tasks, including dictaphone typing, scanning, and filing
* Preparing legal documents and briefs
* Handling correspondence and communication with clients, nurturing strong client relationships
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong organizational skills with effective workload prioritization
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient typing and strong English language skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting targets and deadlines
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Training and Development:
In-office training will be provided on the Case Management System and other relevant aspects of the role.
