Logistics and Sales Administrator
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the role of Logistics and Sales Administrator in our Irish office.
This position entails various responsibilities, including:
* Managing order books for outstanding spares and finished goods inventory.
* Conducting stocktakes and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
* Coordinating customer deliveries to meet expectations.
* Maintaining stock levels by creating items, processing orders, and resolving system errors.
* Supporting credit control functions, investigating customer queries, and resolving issues promptly.
* Providing assistance with order input when necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Prior experience in a similar logistics and sales administration role.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software.
* A flexible attitude combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
* The ability to remain professional, calm, and focused in high-pressure situations.
