Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator in Co. Mayo
Key Responsibilities
* Email and call handling in a busy environment
* Providing excellent customer service, seeking to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
* Order processing and customer service
* Providing customer quotations
* Providing support to the Account Management team
* Process special branding orders and queries accurately and promptly
* Working with customers on branding approvals
* Sourcing special products from external suppliers for client contracts
* Reporting as required
* Administration as required
* Any other tasks as required in line with the role
Key Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a similar environment
* Microsoft Office proficiency is a necessity, particularly Excel
* Able to work accurately, at pace, to meet fixed deadlines
* Forward thinking, positive attitude
