**Job Title:** Health & Safety Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Safety Coordinator to join our client in the healthcare sector.
This is a contract role with the possibility of permanency, based at our facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement H&S standards for the facility.
* Manage day-to-day H&S administration.
* Liaise with relevant departments to develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for risk management.
* SUPPORT AND DEVELOP KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURE METRICS.
* Develop ongoing development/training programs.
* Contribute to service planning and implement plan objectives.
Requirements:
* Level 8 Healthcare qualification or Academic Award in H&S/Medical Device Technology/Quality & Risk Management.
* Experience working in a healthcare setting in Occupational H&S or advisory role/Quality & Safety.
* Collaborative experience with multiple stakeholders on health & safety projects/initiatives.
* Knowledge of H&S policies/procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office skills & computer literacy.
* Strong communication, people, and leadership skills.
