Job Title: Personal Assistant/Administrator.
Location: South East of Ireland.
Company Overview:
We are working with our client a fast-growing private business located in the South East of Ireland, seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Executive Management team. This role also encompasses support for their financial and operational functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Calendar and Email Management: Efficiently manage executives' calendars, schedule appointments, and handle email correspondence.
Travel Coordination: Organise comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare for meetings by compiling agendas, documentation, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for internal queries, managing responses promptly and professionally.
Confidential Information Handling: Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Administrative Support: Assist with the creation of presentations, taking minutes, managing documents, and handling accounts, expenses, and filing systems.
Team Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the finance and sales teams as needed.
Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of financial, sales, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership, Managing Directors, or C-Suite Executives.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
