Are you an experienced Senior Psychologist passionate about making a difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals?
We are looking for a Senior Psychologist to join our client's brand new, Autism Specialist multidisciplinary team in the disability sector, supporting both adults and children.
This is a hybrid role where you will have the option to work from home for part of your week and you will travel across different HSE Primary Care Clinics in CHO3 – Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary.
Role Responsibilities:
* Conduct autism assessments and deliver reports within set KPIs.
* Provide services in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.
* Liaise with families and professionals, manage appointments, and complete diagnostic reports.
* Maintain accurate records in line with legal and organisational standards.
* Ensure safe practice, report incidents, and follow risk management policies.
* Deliver services in line with trauma-informed care principles.
* Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based service delivery.
* Maintain professional values and contribute to service development and research.
* Offer a psychological perspective in line with PSI and organisational guidelines.
* Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and accountability.
Professional Requirements:
* Recognised Psychology qualification by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
* Current Senior Psychologist or meeting criteria for this grade.
* Certified in ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and ADOS (Structured Play-Based Assessment).
* Up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, and Health & Safety.
