Job Description
1. Handling customers and being able to follow customer requests through social media.
2. Contact the customer and manage the customer's order. Can contact the courier company and follow up on the status of the product.
3. Manage daily online sales activities for company products, after-sales to achieve sales targets, respond to customers' inquiries, and manage customers' orders.
Job Requirements
1. Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Sales & Digital Marketing.
2. Fluent in English & Mandarin proficiency and the ability to communicate.
3. Discipline, self-motivated, and independent.
4. Strong interest in Customer Service.
5. Hardworking, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
