Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of complex and senior-level searches
* Manage high-value, strategically important clients
* Develop and grow strategic client partnerships, serving as the primary contact for key stakeholders
* Drive business development initiatives, including exploring new markets and emerging sectors
* Maintain exceptional client retention through outstanding service and strategic partnerships

* Advise clients across the full spectrum of MCS service lines
* Develop and implement best-in-class recruitment and account management processes

* Mentor and develop less experienced team members
Requirements:
* Proven track record in recruitment with high-level success and industry recognition, operating at least at the Principal Recruiter level
* Strong leadership qualities, influencing the team without direct managerial responsibilities
* Ability to build deep, long-term relationships with senior-level client contacts, including C-level executives
* Consultative approach, serving as a strategic advisor to clients with market insights beyond basic recruitment services
* In-depth understanding of specialist markets, providing valuable insights to clients
* Expertise in negotiating contracts, terms, and margins, handling intricate negotiations with senior stakeholders
* Interest in mentoring and coaching less experienced recruiters
