Production Manager
A fast-growing food manufacturing company based in West Cork is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and schedule production to ensure timely delivery of customer orders within budget requirements.

5. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely equipment repairs and minimal downtime.
6. Lead and motivate supervisors and operators to achieve production goals while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
7. Manage team performance, conduct probation reviews, and implement training programs to enhance skills.
8. Promote open communication and address performance or safety concerns promptly.
9. Ensure compliance with HACCP principles, SOPs, and BRC standards.
10. Oversee quality control procedures and collaborate with the Quality team to address production issues.
11. Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory updates.
12. Collaborate with senior managers to maintain optimal raw material levels and minimize waste.
13. Implement inventory control systems and monitor production yields to address deviations.
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the food or beverage industry.
2. Proven expertise in operational efficiency and quality control (BRC, HACCP knowledge essential).
3. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
