Administrative Assistant Opportunity with Medical Devices Company
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a well-presented and experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day orders, including processing, picking, and packing of products.
* Oversee incoming stock, book couriers, and handle administrative tasks.
* Verify and file reports from service engineers.
* Confirm orders with customers and process daily orders on Microsoft Dynamics.
* Conduct regular reporting processes aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support the Sales and Service team in their field-based activities.
* Assist with correspondence, including post and courier services.
Requirements
* Represent company policies positively to external parties.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
* Experience in customer service and communication skills are essential.
* Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, with high energy and urgency to deliver results.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong time management skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work independently.
