Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to join our team in a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on delivering successful Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software solutions. This position does not involve people management responsibilities, but rather emphasizes technical ownership and execution. You will be responsible for understanding customer processes, gathering requirements, and implementing MES solutions according to specifications. The role includes direct involvement in the design, configuration, testing, and validation of MES systems, and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project delivery with expert skills in SQL/TSQL, ETL processes, and data historians. A keen understanding of manufacturing processes—particularly in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries—is highly desirable. This position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
If you have a passion for implementing cutting-edge manufacturing systems and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
Please note, a technical interview will be conducted to demonstrate your expertise in SQL and ETL processes

4. Follow structured project workflows and adhere to deadlines in coordination with the Team Lead, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
5. Engage directly with customers during project meetings, addressing action items and resolving any implementation challenges.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement across MES projects and processes.
