Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cork, supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries and calendars for management
* Respond to emails, make calls, and handle day-to-day office operations
* Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records
* Support projects and meet the needs of individual managers from an administrative perspective
* Assist with data cleanup and updating forms and files
Requirements:
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
* Leaving Certificate standard education
* Basic knowledge of medical terminology
Salary and Contract:
* Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
* Contract: 6-month temporary position with a strong possibility of extension
