We're looking for an experienced Mechanically biased Project Manager to join our clients' Power Stations team, focused on generating electricity across a diverse portfolio of station assets.
We are looking for a team player who is flexible, a self-starter, and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, effective communication, and the ability to relate to staff at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute maintenance and outages on Combined Cycle and Open Cycle Gas Turbine plants.
2. Develop and implement contingency plans.
3. Manage contracts and project documentation.
4. Oversee routine maintenance and unplanned outages.
5. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical standards.
6. Coordinate daily maintenance activities and site-specific projects.
7. Develop and manage maintenance management systems.
8. Prepare reports and business reviews.
What We're Looking For
1. Essential: Experience in a Power Plant or similar industry, with a strong mechanical engineering background.
2. Desirable: Familiarity with planning software and maintenance management systems.
3. 3rd level qualification in engineering or a related field is a plus.
