Customer Success Professional - German Speaking
We are seeking experienced Customer Success professionals to help our customers maximize the value of their subscriptions and services. Our company offers database functionalities and search capabilities that enable businesses to transform their industries by harnessing the power of data.
Your Responsibilities:
* Establish relationships with customers across various stakeholders, working closely with other partners.
* Lead customer and project onboarding experience, validating and identifying customer needs, potential challenges, and key project timelines to ensure we're meeting expectations.
* Promote and encourage the implementation of paid features across your assigned customer portfolio.
* Proactively identify and mitigate the risk of churn.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and reference ability.
* Help develop and implement standard methodologies, processes, and tools to continually improve the Customer Success Program.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
* Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably within SaaS.
* Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
* High levels of organisation and prioritisation skills.
* A passion for partnership and collaboration.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU Passport, Permanent Residence/Stamp 4, etc.).
