We are searching for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the CEO, handling a range of administrative and organizational tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
The Personal Assistant will possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a strong ability to prioritize and maintain confidentiality. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the CEO's calendar, overseeing key processes, and addressing a wide array of responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO's calendar by coordinating and prioritizing appointments, meetings, and events to ensure effective time management and workflow.
* Prepare, compile, and organize necessary documents for meetings and events, attending when necessary to provide support.
* Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, letters, emails, meeting minutes, and other correspondence as needed.
* Maintain and organize all essential data, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and accessible.
* Conduct research and manage responses to inquiries or issues addressed to the CEO, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Assist with recruitment for specific roles, as needed.
* Perform additional administrative duties on an ad-hoc or temporary basis, such as holiday cover for specific tasks.
* Become familiar with all company programs and processes.
* Take on additional tasks as assigned by the CEO with mutual agreement on scope and expectations.

* Proven ability to manage confidential information discreetly and effectively, demonstrating adaptability and excellent customer service.
* Good numerical skills, with a working knowledge of finance or experience in financial record-keeping.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* A qualification in Business or Marketing is preferred.
* Knowledge and experience in farming are beneficial.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing support at the senior management level.
