Role Overview
This is an exciting and varied role within our People and Engagement team in Finance. The key purpose of the role is to support the Treasury Customer Engagement strategy, produce and distribute information to customers, plan and execute events, and inform and drive employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person customer and employee events
* Create and deliver content for internal and external campaigns
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on communication activities
* Produce and distribute multichannel information to customers
What You Will Bring
* Experience designing, implementing, and reporting on multichannel email and digital campaigns
* Graphic design, video and audio production, editing, and other media management skills
* Passion for people engagement and excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, creative, self-starter with attention to detail
